Shipping policy

When placing an order, please make sure shipping address it's correct. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, It may vary during busy periods. Once processed, standard shipping is usually 2-5 business days depending the location. Expedited shipping is 1-3 business days depending the location.

 

Only priority packages are insured. If a package it's lost, and you selected priority shipping we can file a claim. However, if you choose first class mail, packages are not covered if they are lost.

 

Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking status to update once your package it's dropped off at the local carrier. If there are any issues regarding your order, please contact your local carrier where package was drop off. It is not our responsibility once your package has shipped and taken to the carrier location.
